Update on EMS Board committee structure, committee roles and responsibilities, and committee leadership (Biggart) 18. Updates to EMS Board Guideline & Policy Document 19. Discuss and Develop Future New Business 20. If Necessary, Motion/Vote: Closed session (Board and EMS office) - to review complaints received by the WI EMS program and provide consultation per Wis. Stat. § 256.08(4). The closed session is authorized under Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f). 21. If Necessary, Transition to Open Session 22. Adjourn The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the above agenda. The EMS Board makes recommendations to DHS on general EMS issues either assigned by legislation or raised by members of the public. Medical issues are referred to the Physician Advisory Committee.
