Meeting purpose:
Review and discuss a change to the DVR Policy Manual, which allows a consumer (or guardian if appropriate) to give their verbal approval in place of their signature for the purpose of amending the job goal within an Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE). This would apply only to amendments that align the IPE goal with the job in which they are being successfully employed in at case closure and after multiple attempts to obtain the signature have been unsuccessful.
