b. Review certified pre-apprenticeship (CPA) application for "TRANS Program" from Dept. of Transportation.

a. Introduce new Bureau of Apprenticeship Staff

c. Implement revisions to CFR 29.30
d. Reimburse employers for on-the-job learning and apprentices for supportive services. 
e. Plan for National Apprenticeship Week 2021
