The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the above agenda. The Planning & Funding
Committee serves under the State Council on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse (SCAODA). The Committee’s primary objective is to assist SCAODA with coordinating substance use disorder planning and funding initiatives across state agencies.
