MEETING OF THE GOVERNOR’S JUVENILE JUSTICE COMMISSION (GJJC) ETHNIC AND RACIAL DISPARITIES (ERD) SUBCOMMITTEE Tuesday, October 27, 2020 10:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Public Access to Webinar: https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7778626262835996428 Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Ethnic and Racial Disparities Subcommittee of the Governor’s Juvenile Justice Commission will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2020, to conduct the following business: I. Convene – Chair’s Welcome and Roll Call a. Motion to approve August and September ERD Subcommittee Minutes II. Subcommittee Member Sharing and Updates III. Office of Children’s Mental Health (OCMH) Youth Justice Fact Sheet IV. Milwaukee JDAI District Attorney Presentation Recap V. GJJC 2021-2023 Draft Three-Year Plan Review VI. Upcoming Meetings: a. GJJC ERD Virtual Subcommittee Meetings: i. Subcommittees will not convene in November ii. Complete Doodle Poll for December and January Meetings b. GJJC Full Commission Virtual Meeting: i. Tuesday, November 10, 9:00 a.m. -11:30 a.m. 1. Commissioners: Please send written updates/items to be shared with the GJJC by 10/29/20 for meeting packet inclusion. VII. Public Comment VIII. Adjourn Some members of the public may not be able to attend the meeting remotely, such as those without telephone or internet access or those who are deaf or hard of hearing.
