WisDOT seeking public input on WIS 80 corridor improvement projects

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) is seeking public input on proposed improvements along the WIS 80 corridor in Grant County.
A presentation detailing the projects is available for viewing at https://wisconsindot.gov/Pages/projects/by-region/sw/wis80-grantcounty/default.aspx. The public, especially adjacent property owners, are encouraged to view the information and provide input. Comments received by Sept. 25, 2020, will be included in the environmental document for the projects.
The proposed projects, scheduled for construction in 2023 and 2024, include resurfacing 15 miles of WIS 80 between Platteville and Hazel Green, reconstruction of the WIS 80/WIS 81/Patch Road and the WIS 11/WIS 80/County W intersections, and repair of the Rountree Branch bridge.
