    1. Directive: Working group to explore, evaluate, and recommend strategies and policies to support veteran employment in state service for the Council's review and action in fiscal year 2024.
    2. Recommendation: Department of Administration Division of Personnel Management (DPM) partner with the Department of Workforce Development Office of Veterans Employment Services (OVES) to build upon existing recruitment and retention strategies and support the development of new approaches in the year ahead.
