Open Meeting Notice Governor’s Early Childhood Advisory Council Meeting Holiday Inn at the American Center 5109 West Terrace Drive Madison December 4, 2019 9:00-12:00 Agenda (9:00-9:30) Welcome and Call to Order, Council Introductions, Co-chair Updates Council members will share brief introductions and welcome new council members. Co-chairs will provide brief updates. (9:30-9:45) Old Business Council will review and approve meeting minutes from the September 4, 2019 council meeting and wrap up the discussion on a potential ECAC endorsement process. (9:45-10:55) New Business: Preschool Development Grant The council will hear updates on the Preschool Development Grant and participate in a gallery walk activity that provides feedback on a few grant activities. (10:55-11:10) Break (11:10-11:25) New Business Continued The council will debrief the Preschool Development Grant gallery walk. (11:25-11:50) New Business: Workgroup Planning Time The council will review the critical milestones timeline for the recommendations and have time for work group discussions. Each group will give a very brief presentation to the full council on their potential ideas. (11:50-11:55) 2019 Report to the Governor The council will review and provide feedback on the 2019 ECAC report to the Governor.
