A quorum of the Elected Committee of Blind Vendors may be present during a discussion about the Operator's Agreement for the Business Enterprise Program at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2026. The purpose of the meeting is for information sharing and discussion. No matter shall be considered nor shall any action be taken by said Elected Committee of Blind Vendors.
