Crowne Plaza Madison 4402 East Washington Avenue, Madison, WI 53704 February 12, 2020 3:00 – 4:00 pm A Statement of Mission The Wisconsin Rehabilitation Council, working on behalf of Wisconsin residents with disabilities, will review, analyze and advise the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) regarding the performance of its responsibilities in providing quality services to persons with disabilities. • The process for creation of agendas (both full council and Exec Committee) (15 minutes) • “standing” agenda items vs requested agenda items • The process and procedure of calling ad hoc meetings (10 minutes) • Utilizing email as a mode of communication vs “walking quorum” (15 minutes) • OOS Changes (15 minutes) • Scheduling Standing Exec Committee Meetings (10 minutes) • Review of Standing Action Items (20 minutes) • Chair and Vice-Chair Nominating Committees (20 minutes) • Bylaw Language- Reasonable Accommodation Language/ (15 minutes)
