The Department of Workforce Development, Worker's Compensation Division, will hold a public meeting for informational purposes only. The meeting is for a presentation by Fair Health, Inc. regarding certified databases used for resolving reasonableness of fee disputes involving health care services provided to injured employees in worker's compensation claims. A quorum of the Worker's Compensation Advisory Council may be attending the meeting. The Worker's Compensation Advisory Council will not conduct any regular business activities at this meeting.
