The Governor’s Commutation Advisory Board will hold the following meeting:
Date: September 18, 2026
Time: 8:30 am – 3:30 pm
Location: Streaming live at http://www.youtube.com/@GovCommutations and/or wiseye.org/live.
Purpose: To hear and interview applicants for gubernatorial commutation. After each of two sessions, the meeting will be held in closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. §§ 19.85(1)(a), (d), and (f) for purposes of deliberations concerning a case which is before the Board, for purposes of considering specific applications, and for purposes of considering financial, medical, social, or personal histories of specific persons. Hearing times are approximate.

- Convicted of First Degree Intentional Homicide with Dangerous Weapon in Racine County case number 1989CF761; sentenced on November 21, 1990 to life imprisonment and a consecutive 5 years of confinement.
- Casey Fisher
- Convicted of First Degree Intentional Homicide While Armed and Armed Robbery (Threat of Force) in Milwaukee County case number 1993CF4055; sentenced on June 2, 1994 to life imprisonment and a consecutive 20 years of confinement.
- Richard Sulla
- Convicted of Burglary-Arm Self with Dangerous Weapon (Repeater) and Burglary-Building or Dwelling (Repeater) in Jefferson County case number 2011CF221; sentenced on May 15, 2012 to 10 years of confinement and 10 years of extended supervision.
- Robert Patterson
- Convicted of 2nd Degree Intentional Homicide (Party to a Crime) in Milwaukee County case number 2002CF5110; sentenced on March 19, 2003 to 27 years of confinement and 18 years of extended supervision.
- Dequelvin Douglas
- Convicted of 1st Degree Intentional Homicide and Attempted 1st Degree Intentional Homicide in Kenosha County case number 1995CF284; sentenced on December 19, 1995 to life imprisonment and a consecutive 14 years of confinement.
