Tour Location: Majestic Meadows Dairy; N5853 Meadowlark Rd.; Sheboygan Falls, WI 53085 Meeting Location: Mead Public Library; Loft Meeting Room; 710 North 8th Street; Sheboygan, WI 53081 Agenda: The Board of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection will meet beginning at 9:00 am for a tour of Majestic Meadows Dairy. The Board will hold its official business meeting starting at 11:00 a.m. at Mead Public Library. All are welcome to attend the tour and the Board meeting. Call the Meeting to Order; Approve the Minutes of the May 24, 2018 DATCP Board Meeting; Alice in Dairyland (Report); WASS Report; Consumer Protection – Recent Activities (Report); ATCP 93-Flammable, Combustible Hazardous Liquids (Final Draft); ATCP 99, 100-Grain Dealers & Milk Contractors (Hearing Draft); ATCP 10 (Emergency Rule) – Farm-Raised Deer Movement and Fencing (Scope Statement); Appointments to Standing Advisory Councils; Board Member Reports; Secretary’s Report; Future Agenda Items; Adjourn Regardless of status on agenda, public comments will be heard by the Board at 1:00 pm. The DATCP Board Chair may limit public comments to 5 minutes or less. Note that written public comments are welcomed by the DATCP Board as well. Please email them to Kelly.Markor@wisconsin.gov. The Board will break for lunch sometime during the meeting and reconvene shortly thereafter.
