Throughout the day the EMS Board will take short breaks. During the lunch break and the breaks throughout the day a quorum of Board members may be present; However, EMS Board business will not be discussed or conducted during those times. The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the Agenda. The EMS Board makes recommendations to DHS on general EMS issues either assigned by legislation or raised by members of the public. Medical issues are referred to the Physician Advisory Committee.
