The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the above agenda. The Collaborative Program Advancement Committee serves under the Recovery Implementation Task Force. The Committee’s primary objective is to identify how community mental health and substance use services embody recovery, hope, dignity, and empowerment in the services they provide, identify and promote positive examples of such, and advise the Bureau of Prevention Treatment and Recovery on the public mental health and substance use services as it relates to recovery and empowerment of consumers.
