This Inclusion Training aims to provide Public Health Council members with a deeper understanding of inclusion in leadership spaces, as well as foundational skills and conditions to create a genuinely inclusive environment for everyone.

Outcomes: Participants will: • Expand their understanding and knowledge of inclusion, as part of the EDI work. • Receive tangible and usable Do & Don'ts around language and environment when it comes to being Inclusive. • Develop skills that can be used to make everyone feel seen, acknowledged, and valued. • Reflect on changes that need to take place at a personal and organizational level to create environments of belonging. |
