Agenda
1. Meeting called to order (Eberlein)
2. Welcome and EMS Systems Quality and Data subcommittee member roll call (Eberlein)
3. State EMS Data manager updates (5 Min) (Data and Systems Section)
4. Active projects (40 Min). (Eberlein)
a) Review action items from last month’s meeting.
b) Summarize progress.
c) Identify barriers or next steps.
d) Identify and discuss potential solutions.
e) Designate action items for next meeting.
5. New Projects (Eberlein)
a) Delineate newly proposed projects (e.g., from open committee).
b) Assess if proposed projects fit within the scope of the subcommittee (refer to strategic plan).
c) If within scope, make an assessment: implement, discard, explore (need more information), modify (implement with modification). If implementation or modifying, establish a timeline for the project.
d) If outside scope, refer to the most appropriate DHS committee.
6. Adjourn (Eberlein)
Technical Notes: There will be breaks throughout the meeting, additionally the committee will adjourn when the agenda items have been addressed, which may be before the scheduled end time.
The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the agenda. The EMS Board makes recommendations to DHS on general EMS issues either assigned by legislation or raised by members of the public. Medical issues are referred to the Physician Advisory Committee. EMS Board and Physician Advisory Committee are established pursuant to s. 256.04, Wis. Stats.
