The Wisconsin Lifeline Advisory Group was created to obtain information about interactions between Emergency Mental Health Service Programs certified by the Department of Health Services under Wisconsin Administrative Code Chapter DHS 34 and the Wisconsin Lifeline, a program funded by the Department of Health Services.
