The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the above agenda. The LPC serves under the WCMH. The LPC’s primary objective is to effectively promote the WCMH’s priorities and see them become practice. To accomplish this the LPC provides expertise, continuity and focus on mental health budget and policy by engaging consumer, family, advocacy and provider organizations that are actively involved in state level mental health budget and policy advocacy.
