1. Review goals for the meeting
2. Finalize Step 4 (SAFeR) section of the handbook
3. Revisit discussion of language for consistency throughout the Guidebook
4. Begin revision of the INTRODUCTION and DEFINITIONS AND FOUNDATIONS sections

   1. Discuss remaining sections for revision

   3. Set next meeting
