WCAC - HCPAC - Worker's Compensation Advisory Council and Health Care Provider Advisory Committee:    Required Wisconsin Public Records Law Training

All members of state boards, commissions, and councils are required to complete annual training on the Wisconsin Public Records Law. This training is designed to help participants learn the basics that will help them do their part to comply with the Wisconsin Public Records Law, providing an overview of their public records.

We have set up a 30-minute online training session for the Worker's Compensation Advisory Council and Health Care Provider Advisory Committee through Microsoft Teams for 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, 2022. All committee and council members are asked to attend.

During the training, DWD Chief Legal Counsel Jennifer Wakerhauser will review the basic requirements of the Wisconsin Public Records Law and be available to answer questions. Individual alternative training will be to fulfill this requirement for 2022.
