Open Meeting Notice Governor’s Early Childhood Council Steering Committee Meeting Thursday, December 12, 2019 9:00-11:00 Department of Children and Families, E211 Department of Children and Families 201 East Washington Avenue Madison, WI 53708 Agenda (9:00-10:10) Welcome, call to order, agenda review (9:10-10:15) Minutes review The committee will review the minutes from the November steering committee and ECAC Council meeting. (9:15-9:30) December full council meeting review The committee will review and debrief December full council meeting. (9:30-10:00) Next steps with recommendation process The committee will discuss the next steps with the recommendations process. (10:00-10:15) Workgroup Updates The Steering Committee will discuss any updates that the council workgroups have and outreach to the new membership. (10:15-10:45) March agenda planning The committee will begin to draft the March 12, 2020 council meeting agenda. (10:45-10:55) Preschool Development Grant next steps The committee will review needed grant activities for the council based on the PDG application that was submitted.
