(9:35-10:00) Old Business The Council will review the recommendation cycle and next steps with the 2018 recommendations (10:00-10:15) Break (10:15-11:55) Needs Assessment Presentations Presentation on infant and early childhood mental health consultation with Elizabeth Bicio, Connecticut Early Childhood Consultation Partnership. Presentation on Wisconsin Infant Toddler policy group’s work on infant and early childhood mental health consultation, and, Preventing Expulsion Among Wisconsin’s Children Ages Zero to Five, a pilot consultation in child care between Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health and Supporting Families Together Association.
