The Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development (DWD) announces that it will hold a public hearing on emergency rule EmR2011 relating to Ch. DWD 113, waiving interest in limited circumstances for employers subject to reimbursement financing when reimbursements are delinquent due to COVID-19. Due to concerns about COVID-19, this hearing will be held via Webex.
