(9:10-9:30) Membership review The committee will review the membership memo that was submitted to the Secretary’s Office at DCF and discuss membership of the steering committee. The committee will also discuss potential bylaw changes regarding membership. (9:30-10:00) Future directions for the ECAC The committee will review examples from other states and the proposal drafted by the staff outlining a new process for the council to consider adapting. (10:00-10:20) August strategic planning meeting planning The committee will discuss potential agenda and work groups for the August Strategic Planning meeting. (10:20-10:45) September full council meeting planning The Committee will discuss potential agenda items and speakers for the September 4th full council meeting.
