1.	Review draft rulemaking to update DHS 149 to achieve consistency with Title 7 CFR 246 – Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) and improve prevention and detection of fraud, waste, and abuse.

The purpose of this meeting is to conduct the governmental business outlined in the above agenda. The DHS 149 Rulemaking Advisory Committee is composed of representatives from the retail grocery community in Wisconsin including trade organizations, allied businesses, independent grocers, medium chain grocers and national retailers that partner with the WIC community.
