Open Meeting Notice Governor’s Early Childhood Council Steering Committee Meeting Tuesday, October 30, 2019 10:30-12:30 Department of Children and Families, E211 Department of Children and Families 201 East Washington Avenue Madison, WI 53708 Agenda (10:30-10:35) Welcome, call to order, agenda review (10:35-10:45) Minutes review The committee will review the minutes from the September steering committee and ECAC Council meeting (10:45-11:00) 2018 Report Draft The committee will review a draft of the 2018 ECAC Report to the Governor. Feedback will be provided so a final draft can be shared with the Co-Chairs on November 27th and the council on December 4th. (11:00-11:15) Workgroup Updates The Steering Committee will discuss any updates that the council workgroups have. (11:15-12:15) December full council agenda development The committee will develop the December 4th council meeting agenda, including workgroup time and Preschool Development Grant (PDG) updates (12:15-12:25) November Co-Chair agenda The committee will draft the agenda for November 27th Co-Chair meeting.
